Kohar Kojayan, AICP
Kohar Kojayan, AICP, owner and principal of Koh Planning is an independent consultant focused on Master Planning and Entitlement Strategy. Kohar previously worked at Sares Regis Group of Northern California as Vice President in the commercial division after working with Theravance Biopharma US, Inc. as the head of real estate, construction and strategy planning.
Kojayan is the former Community Development Director for the City of San Mateo and an experienced land use planning and development professional with almost two decades of experience in both the public and private sector. She is well known for providing innovative entitlement solutions for master planning and development projects.
Her passion is to add value to the built environment and bridge the gap in the public and private sector by collaborating with all stakeholders involved through complex problem solving, negotiation and consensus building for projects of all sizes, types and complexities.
